Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Complex Subpoenas and Garnishments team. The role requires providing support to a specialized practice within the Legal Department with analytical, written and oral communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support to specialized practice within Legal Department
Provide substantiation for client inquiries, claims, disputes, cases and proceedings
Produce clear and concise written materials
Work directly with business clients and develop understanding of business unit needs
Develop relationships with business units and participate in strategic efforts
Identify underlying issues and work independently on complex assignments
Develop and lead teams to meet assignment needs
Resolve moderately complex issues within Legal Department
Coordinate with attorneys on special requests or complex projects

Requirements:

4+ years of Paralegal experience with focus on complex legal matters including third-party subpoenas
Experience with eDiscovery processes and proficiency in using Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CoPilot, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and sound judgment in analytical decision-making
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Agile mindset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to have:

Experience with eDiscovery processes and proficiency in using Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms
Ability to distill complex datasets into insights and actionable recommendations
