We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Paralegal or Attorney with extensive experience in Trusts and Estates to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role involves addressing a backlog of trust administration matters and requires a commitment of 20–30 hours per week for an initial four-month period, with potential for extension. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, this position is ideal for a legal expert who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and review legal documentation related to trustee resignations, appointments, and acceptances
  • Collaborate with attorneys, fiduciaries, and internal teams to ensure trust administration tasks are completed efficiently
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of trust-related documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide regular updates to management on project progress and the status of specific files
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders, demonstrating discretion and professionalism throughout
  • Assist in resolving complex legal matters tied to trust administration

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Senior Paralegal or Attorney specializing in Trusts and Estates
