Job Description

Glovo is seeking an experienced Paid Search Specialist to scale and optimise Google Search And Apple Ads campaigns across Glovo’s global markets, delivering efficient, high-intent customer acquisition. You will focus on generating measurable business outcomes by improving paid media campaigns, increasing conversion, and overseeing media efficiency planning across multiple channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Own high budget for growth in one of key regions (Africa, Eastern Europe, Balkans, or South-West Europe)
  • Scale and optimise Google Search And Apple Ads campaigns across Glovo’s global markets
  • Write, optimise, and scale the playbook
  • Collaborate with analysts and pros across Paid Social and App campaigns
  • Own KPIs, analyse the why behind the numbers
  • Identify lessons, course-correct, and build stronger strategies
  • Conduct A/B tests and data-driven pivots
  • Proactively partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams
  • Leverage expertise of tech teams in Analytics, Web, BI, and Martech

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically Paid Search within tech companies or fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns, optimise acquisition funnels, and maximise ROAS
  • Deep experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, scripts, and rule-based automation workflows
  • Mastery of Excel and Looker to develop performance analyses and forecasts
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns and collaborating across diverse, multi-functional teams
  • Motivated by taking full ownership of multiple projects
  • Inclined toward action and always thinking about the next best step
