We’re looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead strategy, execution, and performance of paid search programs across both established and emerging platforms. This role will own the full lifecycle of paid search campaigns — from planning and optimization through reporting and innovation — and play a key role in driving measurable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Own the end-to-end paid search strategy across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging search channels
Lead campaign execution and optimization, including keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Drive ROAS, CPA, and conversion improvements through data-driven decision-making
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to align campaigns with broader business goals
Test and implement new platforms, tools, and automation strategies to stay ahead of evolving search trends
Deliver clear, actionable reporting and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in an enterprise environment
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms
Proven track record of improving campaign performance and scaling paid search programs
Experience testing emerging search platforms or new ad formats
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
