Senior Paid Search Manager role at Deel, the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. Responsible for managing Paid Search campaigns across EMEA, focusing on Google and Bing, to drive acquisition and growth.
Job Responsibility:
Be the SME for Paid Search channels for EMEA and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the SEM campaigns and activity for Deel including Google and Bing
Work with Director of Performance Marketing, Paid Search Team Lead and other regional managers to ensure Paid Search efforts are top performing
Work with EMEA Paid Social manager to ensure cohesive campaigns
Perform daily platform management and monitor search performance to identify key trends and implement optimizations
Test and iterate on campaign structures, bidding algorithms, KW bidding, and other impact driven variables
Work closely with regional sales managers and local marketing managers to ensure right messaging for each market
Work with copywriting team to construct and iterate on new ad copy and landing page tests
Work cross-functionally with other various teams (growth, product, data, creative, etc.)
Manage relationships with external Search vendors
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience managing SEM accounts for a B2B brand, ideally in-house for multiple EMEA markets
Expert with the Google product suite, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GA Editor
Data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track performance
Responsible for acquisition for Paid Search and have directly impacted revenue in previous roles and consistently hit CPL, SQO and ROAS KPIs
Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
Self-motivated and adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to have:
Fluent in French language or have managed paid search for the French market
Managed Paid Search in-house for an HR or Fintech B2B company
Worked on Country-specific targeting and campaigns in multiple languages and regions
Worked at a very fast-growing startup
Previously successfully worked in a remote & distributed team
