Join our client's dynamic In-House Paid Media team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of search engine marketing. As a Senior Consultant of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), you will be at the forefront of developing and executing impactful search marketing campaigns that drive significant business results.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end management of search campaigns, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from inception to reporting
Collaborate with various Lines of Business to craft and implement strategic search marketing plans
Take charge of financial management, including accurate forecasting and budget reconciliation
Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, setting and managing expectations effectively
Deliver compelling presentations and communications with confidence, both virtually and in person
Engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders to enhance their search programs
Identify and address key challenges, offering innovative solutions
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within our client's team
Comply with firmwide processes and adhere to established protocols
Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience in search marketing, ideally at a supervisory level within an agency setting
Proven success in managing large-scale, acquisition-focused search programs, with a preference for experience with well-known brands
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with additional experience in platforms like Amazon, Facebook, and Pinterest being advantageous
Familiarity with third-party tools such as SA 360, Adobe, and Marin
Google Ads certification is required
Expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, innovative mindset with a commitment to excellence and efficiency
