About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Performance Strategist with a proven track record scaling paid media for health and/or supplement brands, who deeply understands how ad creative and messaging connect to landing pages, upsells, and post-purchase flows to drive profitable growth. This role requires a true performance marketer who is extremely numbers-driven, confident in their experience, and able to dial in funnel metrics to back into profitability across full LTV. The ideal candidate can clearly explain what has worked, what hasn’t, and why, and works closely with creative and landing page teams by providing clear, opinionated direction to ensure paid media efforts consistently hit required performance metrics. This is a Part-Time remote role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 2-3 months.
Job Responsibility:
Owning paid media performance with a focus on profitable growth
Taking calculated shots and course-correcting based on data
Giving clear, specific feedback to creative teams to improve performance
Adjusting spend to determine what can scale and what should be capped
Rotating creatives to test new angles and manage fatigue
Managing budgets to drive real business growth
Tracking which creatives and messages ran and how they performed
Maintaining a systematic testing process so it’s always clear what’s next
Working closely with creative and landing page teams
Helping establish baseline assumptions and refining them as data improves
Requirements:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Extensive experience scaling paid media for health/supplement brands
Proven experience working with real health supplement funnels at scale
Deep knowledge of performance metrics and funnel math, including full, 3-month, and 6-month LTV
Ability to clearly explain which metrics matter, their healthy ranges, and how to adjust them for profitability
True performance marketer who knows how to “turn the dials,” not rely on vague testing concepts
You don’t need to build creatives or pages, but you must know what good looks like and have clear opinions for what to change to improve results of particular metrics
Able to clearly explain what worked, what didn’t, and why, from direct experience
No reliance on hazy answers like “just test it” or “every niche is different”
Experience with or understanding of tools like Blotout and platform tracking limitations
Extremely detail-oriented, numbers-driven, and organized
