Job Description:

This B2B senior digital media position is a hands-on, critical role, responsible for an incredibly high degree of critical thinking applied to planning, buying, and optimizing digital media for our B2B clients.

Requirements:

  • Mastered understanding of ABM as a B2B go-to-market strategy
  • 5+ years of experience managing paid media for B2B clients with a track record of meeting and exceeding client KPIs
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Experience with Programmatic DSPs (highly desirable)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads (highly desirable)
  • Must have experience working within 6Sense or Demandbase
  • Work within channel-specific campaign management tools such as Google Ads, DV360 / The Trade Desk, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver comprehensive paid media strategies across paid search, programmatic, and social
  • Analyze metrics throughout the funnel to identify the source of underperformance and make changes accordingly
  • Meet internal and client deadlines
  • Design and conduct A/B tests and experiments in paid media platforms
  • Drive and achieve client KPIs
  • Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights, turning numbers into narratives that inform strategy and improve outcomes
  • Take charge of campaign management from inception to optimization: Build, run, and refine campaigns ensuring we meet and exceed KPIs
  • Proactively identify challenges or underperformance in campaigns and produce insightful recommendations to improve campaign outcomes
  • Act as a senior point of contact both internally and externally for digital media campaign related inquiries
  • Setup campaigns for appropriate conversion tracking in paid platforms, analytics tools, and CRMs
  • Utilize advanced audience targeting capabilities and segmentation methodologies to reach and engage specific buyer personas and decision makers within target accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or a related field
