Job Responsibility

  • Develop creative and compelling packaging concepts and designs for new seasonal personal care collections
  • Translate fragrance and product concepts into visually stunning designs that align with the brand’s sophisticated aesthetic
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, actively contributing ideas and evolving designs based on feedback
  • Deliver product designs and technical turnovers with speed, agility, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Generate innovative ideas and confidently work on fast-paced, high-volume programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of design experience in a comparable packaging environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent organizational skills
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles
  • Knowledge of print production processes and materials
  • Proficiency in creating mock-ups and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • A keen eye for color and a passion for staying aware of market trends
  • Commitment to personal professionalism and accountability
