To achieve income and profit objectives through the delivery of an efficient case underwriting service to brokers through regular on-site broker development

Job Responsibility:

Achieve income and profit objectives through delivery of efficient case underwriting service
Enhance company standing and presence locally by establishing strong personal relationships with key brokers
Use strong negotiation skills that aide conversion and relationships with key brokers
Maintain and enhance market knowledge
Continuous improvement of service and client delivery
Work collaboratively with other parts of the company

Requirements:

Strong Commercial Insurance background
Ability to work in a structured, organised and planned manner
Pricing of risk accordingly
Ability to negotiate flexibly and appropriately
Consistent achievement of goals
