Job Description:

In the P&C team, together with Junior Specialists, Specialists, and other Senior Specialists, you will process HR and payroll matters for the employees of IKEA shops and companies. This includes answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via e-mail and phone) or handling their personal data. You will be supported in your daily work by Team Leaders and their Assistants, whom you can consult in demanding situations.

Job Responsibility:

Processing HR and payroll matters
Answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll
Handling personal data
Participating in team meetings and projects

Requirements:

Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
Familiarity with retirement and pension funds law, labor law
Knowledge of SAP HR system
Fluency in English and one of Romance languages
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable using MS Office tools

Nice to have:

Experience as Internal Trainer, coach, or mentor
Eagerness to take part in projects
