In the P&C team, together with Junior Specialists, Specialists, and other Senior Specialists, you will process HR and payroll matters for the employees of IKEA shops and companies in Denmark. This includes answering colleagues’ questions related to HR Administration and Payroll (via e-mail and phone) or handling their personal data. You will be supported in your daily work by Team Leaders and their Assistants, whom you can consult in demanding situations.

Requirements:
Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
knowledge of retirement and pension funds law, labor law
familiarity with SAP HR system
fluency in English and Danish
attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
comfort using MS Office tools
Nice to have:
Internal Trainer, coach, or mentor experience
eagerness to take part in projects
