Treatwell Portugal is strengthening its commercial team with a strategic focus on the active acquisition of new partners. We are looking for a sales professional fully dedicated to Outbound deals. This position is a Lisbon-based role (hybrid model), focused on SaaS business models enabled by a high-volume / low-value marketplace. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle autonomously: from prospecting to contract closure and software setup for the partner.
Job Responsibility:
Active Prospecting: Identify and approach potential partners in the beauty and wellness market through cold calling and digital tools
Opportunity Recovery: Manage and reactivate “lost deals” databases and inactive leads in the CRM, converting them into new active partners
360° Sales Cycle: Execute the full sales process: qualification, software demonstrations, and contract closing
Setup & Onboarding: Take ownership of the partner’s technical integration into the SaaS platform
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversion KPIs in Salesforce, ensuring consistency in weekly deal closures
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in Outbound Sales roles, with a proven track record in fast sales cycles and high contract volumes
Experience selling SaaS or services to small businesses and self-employed professionals (e.g. hospitality, invoicing systems, payment solutions, or local marketing)
High level of autonomy and strong phone-based persuasion skills when dealing with local business owners and sole traders
Fluency in Portuguese as well as full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written), mandatory for communication with global teams and use of internal systems
