As an Senior OTC Analyst you will perform all aspects of cash collection of EMEA Customers Portfolio. You will take ownership and initiative until transactions are successfully and accurately processed.
Job Responsibility:
Contact Customers of assigned portfolio in order share account statements and receive promise to pay confirmation
Upload data to the tool used for managing collection and dispute activities
Prepare monthly account analysis for assigned accounts, reconcile and balance accounts
Manage month/ quarter end process and AR reporting (e.g. Cash Flow, AR Summary, Past Due/Open Items reporting, other AR statistics)
Perform invoice reconciliation and deductions
Ensure that all relevant company standards and guidelines are met, compliance to SOX rules
Update the working instructions periodically (SOP’s)
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovation solutions and communicate to direct manager
Requirements:
Preferably degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, AR activities and OTC process
Very good command of English (written and oral)
Experience of computer application, in particular Excel to an intermediate level
SAP familiarity
Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance
Good written and oral communication skills
Fast and accurate data input skills
Flexibility at work and ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
