Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Originator to join our team, focusing on cross-commodity (power, gas, GOs) and cross-technology (renewable and thermal assets) energy deals. In this role, you will lead the structuring and execution of complex energy transactions, combining financial derivatives with physical markets to deliver value-driven solutions for our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Structuring and negotiating innovative energy products, integrating financial instruments with physical market opportunities
  • Managing trading activities across organized exchanges and OTC markets, supporting deal execution
  • Building strategic relationships with corporate, industrial, and trading partners across Europe
  • Analyzing market trends and regulatory developments to identify profitable opportunities
  • Collaborating with trading, risk, and operations teams to optimize risk management and ensure deal feasibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in energy origination, trading, or structured energy sales
  • In-depth knowledge of structured energy products, including derivatives, PPAs, and standard contracts
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel across European markets as needed
