Senior Originations Officer

• Lead pre-account origination activities
• Drive new business development for ABL products
• Act as subject matter expert for complex initiatives
• Lead sourcing of new clients and growing existing relationships
• Understand clients' businesses and strategic objectives
• Provide vision and leadership on companywide strategies
• Analyze potential opportunities and structure financial solutions
• Strategically lead professionals across the enterprise
• Represent the company externally to resolve client issues
• Partner with product management functional partners
• Serve as mentor for less experienced individuals

• 10+ years of secured or specialized lending sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• Proven track record of originating and structuring ABL transactions, particularly in the Consumer & Retail sectors
• Strong understanding of ABL structures, collateral types (AR, inventory, equipment), and credit fundamentals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
