Job Responsibility

  • Identify organizational learning needs across all departments and critical roles
  • translate these into structured and impactful L&D initiatives
  • Conduct comprehensive skill gap analyses across role-based technical (hard) and behavioral (soft) competencies
  • design and implement upskilling and reskilling programs aligned with business priorities
  • Build structured, role- and department-based learning paths that enable measurable employee development
  • Design and maintain a HubX-specific learning catalog supporting both technical and behavioral skill development
  • Own end-to-end learning processes, from skill mapping to training design, execution, and evaluation
  • Design and continuously improve scalable learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and functional trainings

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, consulting, or similar fields
  • Strong experience in building skill frameworks, conducting skill gap analyses, and establishing structured learning systems
  • Proven experience in designing role-based learning paths and competency frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech/startup experience is a plus)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to build structured, disciplined, and measurable learning systems rather than ad-hoc training programs
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented approach
  • Passion for learning, growth, and people development
