Job Responsibility:
Identify organizational learning needs across all departments and critical roles
translate these into structured and impactful L&D initiatives
Conduct comprehensive skill gap analyses across role-based technical (hard) and behavioral (soft) competencies
design and implement upskilling and reskilling programs aligned with business priorities
Build structured, role- and department-based learning paths that enable measurable employee development
Design and maintain a HubX-specific learning catalog supporting both technical and behavioral skill development
Own end-to-end learning processes, from skill mapping to training design, execution, and evaluation
Design and continuously improve scalable learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, and functional trainings
Collaborate closely with team leads and stakeholders to align learning strategies with company goals
Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance data
continuously iterate based on insights
Stay up to date with global L&D trends, tools, and best practices
bring innovative learning approaches to HubX
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, consulting, or similar fields
Strong experience in building skill frameworks, conducting skill gap analyses, and establishing structured learning systems
Proven experience in designing role-based learning paths and competency frameworks
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (tech/startup experience is a plus)
Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills
Ability to build structured, disciplined, and measurable learning systems rather than ad-hoc training programs
Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented approach
Passion for learning, growth, and people development
