Our client is seeking a senior-level Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant to support large, enterprise-wide transformation programs. This role is for a strategic change leader, not a communications or training coordinator. You will partner closely with program and executive leadership to embed change thinking into how transformation is designed, governed, and executed.
Job Responsibility:
Define and drive enterprise change strategy
Advise leaders on change impacts and readiness
Integrate OCM into ERP and transformation programs
Shape governance, sponsorship, and adoption strategies
Influence senior stakeholders through ambiguity
Requirements:
Senior-level OCM experience in large transformations
ERP or enterprise systems change experience
Strategic mindset beyond comms and training
Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
