Job Description:

Join us on our mission to make a better world of work. Culture Amp is the world’s leading employee experience platform. We’re looking for a Senior Partner to join the Organisational Development team, working closely with our new Director of OD. This is a rare chance to build the future with us: designing AI-enabled people systems, experimenting with new ways of working, and shaping the next chapter of OD at Culture Amp. As Senior Organisational Development and People Systems Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and scaling OD initiatives across Culture Amp. You’ll combine people & culture expertise with emerging AI capability to modernise how we build capability, manage performance, learn, lead, and grow. This is a strategic-operator role: part design, part research, and a heavy emphasis on practical program delivery and prototype-building.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Director of OD to design and deliver OD programs that strengthen clarity, capability, and organisational health
  • Conduct organisational research and analysis to surface insights that inform program design and iteration
  • Help maintain and evolve Culture Amp’s skills and capability frameworks through research, mapping, and coordination with cross-functional partners
  • Contribute to the design and testing of AI-enabled people systems, including internal prototypes and experiments in performance management
  • Translate conceptual ideas into early drafts, artefacts, prompts, process flows, and documentation
  • Conduct market scans and internal research on AI and emerging HR tech trends to support experimentation
  • Coordinate with PX, Legal, Security, and Product in operationalising new features and processes
  • Manage workplans, timelines, communications, and logistics for OD and AI-enabled initiatives
  • Build resources, manager guides, training materials, templates, and internal comms to support adoption
  • Facilitate small-group sessions, demos, or training to help leaders and teams understand new processes
  • Gather feedback, analyse usage patterns, and synthesise insights to improve OD initiatives and AI-enabled workflows
  • Maintain dashboards, summaries, or progress updates to support evaluation and decision-making
  • Identify and recommend incremental improvements that enhance clarity, simplicity, and usability

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years in People & Culture, OD, Talent, Learning, People Systems, or adjacent roles
  • Experience managing programs, building resources, coordinating cross-functional work, or supporting change
  • Curiosity about AI, HR tech, and data-informed people practices
  • Strong communication skills—clear writer, structured thinker, effective facilitator
  • Ability to translate messiness into clarity through artefacts, documentation, analysis, or workflows
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with guidance
  • knows when to escalate and when to take initiative

Nice to have:

Experience with AI, HR tech, and data-informed people practices is a bonus, not a requirement

What we offer:
  • Employee Share Options Program
  • Programs, coaching, and budgets to help you thrive personally and professionally
  • Access to external providers for mental wellbeing and coaching support
  • Monthly Camper Life Allowance
  • Team budgets dedicated to team building activities and connection
  • Intentional quarterly wellbeing pauses
  • Extended year-end breaks
  • Excellent parental leave and in work support program available from day 1
  • 5 Social Impact Days a year
  • MacBooks for you to do your best & a work from home office budget
  • Medical insurance coverage for you and your family (Available for US & UK only)
