Job Description

Responsible for leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and providing functional expertise across HCM modules.

Job Responsibility

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Talent, Compensation)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Configure modules and support full lifecycle implementations
  • Lead testing, UAT, and post-go-live support
  • Prepare functional documentation
  • Mentor junior consultants

Requirements

  • 4+ years Oracle HCM experience
  • Strong Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge
  • At least two full-cycle implementations
  • Excellent communication skills
