Job Responsibility:

Design, configure, and implement Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) ERP solutions based on business requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for various modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.
Configure and customize Oracle EBS modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing, Inventory, and HRMS
Integrate Oracle EBS with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and business processes
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities and best practices
Develop and maintain documentation for Oracle EBS configurations, processes, and user guides
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to Oracle EBS modules
Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Oracle EBS implementations
Stay updated with Oracle EBS updates, patches, and best practices in ERP implementation

Requirements:

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS): Proficiency in Oracle EBS modules such as Financials (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain (Purchasing, Inventory), HRMS, etc.
ERP Configuration: Ability to configure and customize Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements
Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP implementations
Integration: Experience in integrating Oracle EBS with other systems and applications
End-User Training: Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users on Oracle EBS functionalities
Documentation: Skill in creating and maintaining documentation for Oracle EBS configurations and processes
Troubleshooting and Support: Proficiency in providing production support and issue resolution for Oracle EBS modules
Testing: Experience in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Oracle EBS
Oracle SQL/PLSQL: Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PLSQL for data querying and customization
Change Management: Understanding of change management processes related to ERP implementations
ERP Best Practices: Familiarity with ERP best practices and industry standards
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex Oracle EBS issues
Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with new Oracle EBS functionalities, updates, and industry trends
Oracle EBS Modules: Specific expertise in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS, etc., based on the role requirements
Data Migration: Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools for Oracle EBS implementations
Oracle EBS Implementation Methodology: Understanding of Oracle EBS implementation methodologies such as OUM (Oracle Unified Method) or AIM (Application Implementation Method)
