As a Senior Operator, you'll help power the world's most loved brands — delivering quality, care, and consistency in every product we make. You'll take the lead in more complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating across teams. Job Responsibility:

  • Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery
  • Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards
  • Operate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology
  • Perform in-process checks and quality inspections
  • Accurately scale and measure ingredients
  • Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets
  • Collaborate across departments to meet production goals
  • Follows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred
  • Able to read, write, and understand English
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
  • Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures
