Every day, more than 1,000 colleagues from over 40 nationalities contribute to supply chain operations, manufacturing, marketing and sales of our medicines, and clinical research into new therapies.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute production activities according to SOPs and GMP standards
  • Act as first point of escalation during operational disturbances
  • Support troubleshooting activities and escalation management
  • Participate in triage and cross-functional problem-solving activities
  • Support daily operational leadership on the production line and coordinate operational activities during delegated leadership periods
  • Support achievement of production targets, quality objectives, and line performance
  • Support workload coordination, task prioritization, and team communication
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and guidance of operators on the line
  • Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all production activities

Requirements

  • MBO+ or equivalent technical education
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in highly regulated automated production environments
  • Proven operational leadership experience, coordinating or guiding operators on the shopfloor
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to maintain overview during operational disturbances
  • Familiarity with SAP/MES systems and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and structured way of working
  • Willingness to work in shifts
