Senior Operator, Bindery

• Set-up and adjust machines
• load machine, observe operation and match samples to job order specifications
• review job ticket for specifications or special instructions that may impact the operation or set-up of the machine
• continuously review the quality of the product during operation to meet specified job requirements
• performs preventative maintenance to equipment
• completes production records
• track job costs/production hours as applicable
• train Operators as needed
• works overtime as needed
• other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• four plus years of relevant industry experience or 520 hours as an Imagine temporary employee along with manager approval to hire full-time
• ability to communicate/understand basic written and verbal instructions
• basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement
• basic computer skills including email, basic mouse, keyboard, and menu navigation
• frequent walking and standing
• ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors
• manual dexterity for repetitive work
• frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping
• ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
