Job Description:

Opportunity to join the team and drive transversal projects & initiatives acting as an internal operations consultant and project manager — driving performance, analytics, and strategic transformation across the organization. You will be a trusted advisor to the Remote Operations (Dispatch Centers) Director, combining structured problem-solving, operations know how, deep-dive analytics, and PMO leadership to improve performance and accelerate strategic programs across RODC.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate transversal strategic and transformation programs in liaison with other areas within EDP
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support leadership decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, analytics and tools
  • Support communication, engagement and change initiatives across RODC
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment between strategy, operations and financial performance
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, reports and business reviews
  • Build and evolve performance, KPI and SLA reporting across all RODC areas

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in operations / technological transformation projects, Consulting and/or Project Management
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build consensus and align different stakeholders
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in Energy / utilities businesses is positively valued
