Job Responsibility

Support the team in the development, deployment, configuration and maintenance of IT compliance applications (products) and updates
Maintains the solutions and associated infrastructure in operational condition in line with SLAs (Monitoring / tracking), security constraints and other PSLs (hosting etc…)
Ensures IT change requests are delivered in accordance with stakeholders requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations
Communicates improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Product Manager
Follow and supervise incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management processes
Supervises system backup processing, and leads disaster recovery tests
Generate and provide inputs required for KPIS monitoring and provide insights/recommendations associated for improvements.
