Job Responsibility:

Leverage a strong resource management background to ensure workforce efficiency and adaptability to changing project demands
Partner with department heads to ensure streamlined communication and operational alignment
Drive initiatives that improve workflow, productivity, and service delivery
Serve as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internal and external
Act in a client-facing capacity, ensuring alignment with expectations, delivering solutions, and fostering long-term relationships
Participate in long-term strategic planning and annual goal setting
Provide operational insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally within a creative or production agency
Strong understanding of operational systems, project workflows, and process design
Demonstrated ability to implement and manage systems across departments or teams
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
Experience in a client-facing environment with a consultative approach to problem-solving
