Job Description

The Supply Partnerships Manager owns Snorkel’s external supply partnerships, with a primary focus on BPO relationships that augment our EC network. This role is responsible for setting the strategy for how we scale supply through partners, ensuring balanced global coverage, and holding partners to Snorkel’s quality, performance, and reliability standards. You will manage partner relationships end to end—from onboarding and commercial terms to ongoing performance management—while partnering cross-functionally to ensure BPO contributors have a high-quality, well-supported experience on the Snorkel platform. This role is critical to enabling Snorkel’s growth, operational resilience, and ability to deliver high-quality data at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and scale Snorkel’s BPO and supply partner ecosystem to support global, 24/7 delivery
  • Define and execute the strategy for partner expansion, ensuring balanced geographic coverage and reduced concentration risk
  • Manage partner relationships end to end, including quality standards, performance tracking, communication, and regular operating cadences
  • Establish and maintain clear commercial terms, contracts, and expectations in partnership with Finance and Legal
  • Design and oversee a scalable, systematized onboarding experience for partners and contributors
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and EC Experience to improve tasking workflows and contributor experience
  • Track and report on key supply metrics (capacity, quality, cost, utilization) and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, operations, supply chain, vendor management, or a related role
  • Proven experience managing BPOs or external partners at scale
  • Strong operational and execution mindset, with the ability to set strategy and deliver results
  • Experience holding partners to high quality and performance standards
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
