Job Responsibility

  • Maintenance Admin: Raise reactive jobs from PPM faults, manage registers (warranties/handovers), configure system data, and prepare/submit accurate quotes
  • Cost Control: Audit contractor quotes against approved rate cards to ensure cost compliance
  • Compliance & Warranties: Schedule and document maintenance inspections, and coordinate Defects Liability Period (DLP) and warranty follow-ups
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key contact point between the technicians, management, and subcontractors
  • Reporting & KPIs: Monitor performance against KPIs and generate operational data/PPM reports
  • General Admin: Manage shared inboxes, arrange travel/meetings, drive process improvements, and support the site team with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative, data entry or support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Prior experience in property & facilities management (PFM) or asset management
