Our client is a well-established organisation within the FMCG/Manufacturing industry, known for its strong market presence and commitment to operational excellence. Plans to relocate to Rawang. We focus on delivering efficient production solutions and are currently expanding our operational team to support this transition. As a Senior Operation Executive, you will manage the essential link between sales activities and logistics fulfilment. Your role is to ensure that all administrative and operational workflows are executed accurately to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and inventory integrity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle the preparation of quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability meets order requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date sales, inventory, and customer databases
  • Assist management with daily reporting and sales-related administrative tasks
  • Manage incoming enquiries via phone and walk-in visits
