As a Senior CRM - digital MTK, you will be a key contributor to the development company and make planning and strategy non-paid channels with the manager. You work with members to analyze data, build plans for developing non-paid and have the opportunity to work with big partners such as Insider, Appflyer, Google, Meta, etc.
Job Responsibility:
Support the development of a digital marketing plan with a detailed action plan and budget to ensure retention and revenue align with business objectives
Monitor campaigns and coordinate with internal teams on planning, execution, tracking, and optimization to achieve KPIs with the best possible conversion rate (CR)
Plan and operate non-paid channels - including app push, in-app banners, and email - according to the overall marketing plan
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment between company strategy and budget utilization
Identify root causes of issues in daily channel operations and develop practical solutions and new processes/workflows to improve performance
Translate complex digital marketing data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Leverage online marketing planning and execution expertise to support other team initiatives (Branding, Community, etc.)
Apply strong knowledge of growth and optimization best practices, such as A/B testing and growth-hacking tactics
Be creative and think outside the box to identify initiatives that improve user experience and maximize user activation
Work with growth, dev's team to build tracking and E2E digital MTK
Using measurement and engagement tools such as Insiders, Appsflyer, Google Analytics for reporting
Can use SQL to analytics data and AI tools to optimize operation
Requirements:
University or higher, major in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with hands-on experience with CRM tools: Insider, Moengage, etc.
Deep understanding of APP measurement tools and tracking systems (Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Firebase, GTM, …)
Using SQL to analytics data
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
Good analytical and critical thinking with data-driven
