Job Responsibility

  • Design and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging Optimizely's industry-leading analytics, AI, and optimization products
  • Demonstrate deep analytics product and domain knowledge to enhance solution offerings and address complex customer challenges
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, and proof of concepts that showcase the capabilities and benefits of Optimizely Analytics solutions to enable clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding cycle
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the digital experience or software industry
  • Experience working with a SaaS service for an enterprise data analytics product
  • Deep technical understanding of data analytics and familiarity with analytic tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) tools, product analytics tools, marketing/web analytics tools, or digital experience tools
  • Strong SQL, ETL, data modeling, and scripting skills
  • Experience working with Cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions to customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor of Science or Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Computer Science background preferred
