Set the strategic framework for integrating all major technical systems—mechanical, cooling, electrical, and controls—into cohesive, optimized field execution plans
Lead the development and implementation of Rowan’s modularization and off-site fabrication strategies to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes
Partner with Engineering, Construction Management, and Procurement to ensure integration strategies are embedded in designs, scopes of work, and procurement plans
Oversee system coordination in early-stage design reviews to ensure constructability, maintainability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Establish integration standards, templates, and best practices for Rowan’s turnkey project delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, technology providers, and fabrication partners to create a robust innovation and delivery ecosystem
Actively participate in Rowan’s Think Tank, contributing thought leadership on emerging technologies, strategic partnerships, and creative delivery methods
Partner with field teams to monitor execution, identify integration challenges early, and implement corrective actions
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for Rowan to lead in data center systems integration and delivery innovation
