Join Our Team of Systems Engineering Experts! We're seeking a talented Systems Engineer that is in the Cincinnati, OH, area to support a local customer. As a Systems Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of avionics and electronic controls.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a customer in the Cincinnati, OH, area
  • Represent the BAE Engine Controls group
  • Be a steward for our business interests
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a solid understanding of the products you support
  • Work from home and travel to the customer facility periodically or work from the customer facility to provide support
  • Help troubleshoot our products in their lab
  • Help with requirements on new development programs
  • Travel to the Endicott, NY and Fort Wayne, IN facilities to develop a greater understanding of the product
  • Be knowledgeable with the Engine controls product line in the domains of hardware, software, firmware, and test
  • Build relationships with our customer so they trust you to support them

Requirements:

  • BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent plus 4 years’ experience
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Ability to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs
  • Ability to work in a laboratory environment

Nice to have:

  • MS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent plus 4 years’ experience
  • Experience in full lifecycle including requirements, design, integration, validation, and verification
  • 1+ years of experience using MBSE/SYSML tools such as MagicDraw/Cameo
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment
