Senior New Business Manager

• Own end-to-end conversion of new UK local authorities from engagement through to contract award
• Deliver against individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
• Build and manage a robust short-, medium- and long-term pipeline
• Navigate governance structures, procurement routes and framework agreements
• Shape value propositions aligned to public sector priorities
• Prepare and manage proposals, bids, tenders and RFIs/RFQs
• Accurately manage CRM records and sales forecasts
• Represent the business at sector events and conferences

• Minimum 5 years’ proven success in new business development within UK local authorities
• Experience selling technical, SaaS, data or asset management solutions
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and governance
• Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder and C-suite level
• Demonstrable success in long-cycle, complex deal environments
• Highly organised, commercially astute and results-driven
• Full UK driving licence

Experience within highways, asset management, geospatial technology or road condition surveying would be highly advantageous
