Job Description

Working in to our Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in the growth of our already established agency alongside helping to bring our marketing plans to life. Bringing your expertise in advertising agencies and an ability to work across both growth and marketing, you’ll be someone who is driven by building lasting relationships and creating opportunities not just for our business but for the people and brands we work with.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitoring and actioning all new business enquiries alongside the Head of Marketing
  • Building responses (creds decks, RFIs)
  • Supporting internal departments in pitch processes
  • Managing the new business pipeline, actively fielding for and actioning opportunities for growth
  • Managing the relationship with and supporting our prospecting agency
  • Budget tracking, financial admin and reporting
  • The planning and delivery of events including workshops and masterclasses
  • Collating and writing entry material for awards
  • Supporting our PR agency with press release development and PR opportunities
  • CRM & email management via HubSpot
  • Reactive and proactive content creating and community management across our social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Website)
  • The creation and upkeep of brand assets including case studies, creds, website updates, online profile updates, etc

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in an advertising agency across both marketing and new business development at a mid-senior level
  • A proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects with ease
  • Clear examples of impact in previous roles across both growth and marketing projects with defined outcomes
  • Expertise in using CRM/Email Marketing platforms (ideally HubSpot)
