Job Description

As a Senior Networking Technical Architect at NTT DATA, you will play a critical role in transforming business needs into tangible network solutions. By collaborating closely with internal and external teams, you will develop strategic plans to ensure our network capacity meets both current and future demands. As an advanced subject matter expert, your role will involve designing intricate solutions spanning from the communications layer to network protocols and hardware for various services and cloud solutions. You will be our trusted technical advisor, working with clients to understand their requirements and provide pre-sales technical support. This includes everything from solution design and business development to transitioning projects from pre-sales to delivery. Your ability to develop technical design documents that align with solution specifications will ensure our clients' objectives are met seamlessly. Internally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to craft technical specifications that meet custom development and systems integration needs. You will also be an active participant or leader in determining the scope of work, product pricing, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. Managing client proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives will be another key aspect of your day, requiring coordination of the necessary resources and overseeing the setup and delivery of the POCs. Specifically, you will own the proposed solutions on all assigned engagements, from opportunity evaluation and documentation to preparing and managing proof-of-concept initiatives. You will work closely with sales teams, guiding and equipping them to close deals while maintaining visibility on the sales pipeline to influence potential opportunities. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing thorough documentation, technical designs, and proposals for clients and actively support final presentations.
