  • Troubleshoot Layer 2–Layer 7 connectivity using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, traceroute, and iPerf
  • Testbed Setup & Environment Ownership: Build and maintain test environments combining 5G/LTE devices, broadband routers, switches, servers, VPN endpoints, and test tools
  • Ensure test repeatability through documentation, configuration management, and version control
  • Integrate new firmware, OS builds, APNs, SIM profiles, and network parameters into test cycles
  • Tools, Log Analysis & Reporting: Use tools such as TEMS, X-Cal, Actix, QXDM/QCAT, Wireshark, tcpdump, iPerf, and spectrum analyzers

  • Produce clear test plans, defect reports, KPI dashboards, and root-cause analyses
  • Collaborate closely with RAN teams, broadband engineers, device OEMs, and network operators

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with network test and diagnostic tools (Wireshark, iPerf, tcpdump, TEMS, X-Cal, Actix, QXDM)
  • Ability to design, configure, and troubleshoot complex testbeds across wireless and IP domains
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Fluent or professional working proficiency in English (French a strong plus)
