We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Network Strategy and Distribution Manager, reporting to Head of Network Management, Distribution Management & Strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Drive/support programme delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination
manage/support relationships with internal and external stakeholders
drive/support the use of Agile methodologies within technology teams (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bank
support senior project/programme managers across all stages of the initiative lifecycle to deliver larger/more complex/high priority programmes & projects
lead/support definition of staffing/resourcing, responsibilities and schedules
lead/support the establishment of effective programme controls and procedures
drive/support the adoption of the bank’s standards and work in alignment with Change framework at all times
manage/support the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practices

Requirements:

Proven track record in project management
knowledge in ATM related technology and risk control, branch network or self-service banking channel planning would be a benefit
good people leadership to engage, motivate and develop team
strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
university degree in business or related disciplines is preferred
proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage

Nice to have:
