Job Responsibility

Overall responsibility for the performance and growth of your portfolio of clients
Accountability for leading the department in its work, ensuring you always set an example for every member of the team and model our Awin values
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders outside the department, for example with the Product organisation, Finance, CRM, and Insights teams
Ensure you are on top of the performance trends across your portfolio, you need to be highly adept when it comes to interpreting data from a large portfolio and developing strategies to constantly drive performance
