Job Description:

Senior Manager of Network Management for OhioRISE responsible for driving network strategies, managing client contractual commitments, executing pricing strategies, and maintaining relationships with key network providers to transform healthcare delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Driving the development and implementation of network strategies
Managing client contractual commitments and executing pricing strategies
Monitoring and being accountable for key metrics to ensure high-quality customer relationships
Establishing and maintaining productive value-based relationships with key network providers
Developing and managing the OhioRISE Provider and Care Management Entity (CME) Network
Building strategic relationships with provider and CME partners to develop innovative value-based solutions
Developing alternative payment models, identifying and planning new initiatives
Negotiating high value/risk contracts with complex arrangement structures
Working with key internal teams to develop value-based strategic plans
Evaluating and implementing strategic network plans to achieve contracting targets
Managing medical costs through effective contracting

Requirements:

7+ years of related experience and comprehensive level of negotiating skills with successful track record negotiating value-based contracts with IPAs, large complex provider systems or groups, hospitals and large physician and risk bearing entities
Experience managing a team of people
Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education
