Job Description

Senior network role combining architecture, cloud and commercial impact within a global technology business based in Hamilton. You'll play a key role in designing, implementing and evolving Gallagher's network environment across cloud and on-premise infrastructure, while acting as a senior technical leader within the team. This role is based in Hamilton and requires regular in-office presence.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Network Engineering or related infrastructure roles
  • Strong experience across enterprise networking, cloud networking and infrastructure environments
  • Deep knowledge of Azure, AWS and modern network technologies
  • Experience designing and delivering complex network solutions rather than purely supporting them
  • The ability to translate technical decisions into business impact
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or providing technical leadership to other engineers
