We’re looking for a Network Engineer with deep ISP / service‑provider experience to help design, build, and operate carrier‑grade networks. This role focuses on scale, resilience, and last‑mile delivery, not traditional enterprise LAN/WAN environments. You’ll work on routing, peering, IP strategy, and access‑network delivery supporting MDUs and fiber‑based services.
Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and maintain carrier‑grade ISP networks
Architect and operate BGP routing, peering, and traffic engineering
Support Layer 2 delivery and last‑mile network services for MDUs, FTTB, and similar deployments
Implement and manage CGNAT, IP addressing strategy, and IPv4 → IPv6 transition
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize high‑availability routing and switching environments
Work with engineering, deployment, and field teams to deliver reliable customer services
Troubleshoot network performance issues at scale (latency, congestion, routing anomalies)
Requirements:
ISP / Service Provider background
Built or architected carrier‑grade networks (not enterprise‑only)
Strong BGP expertise
Hands‑on experience with: BGP design
Peering relationships
Traffic engineering
Last‑mile & access network experience
MDUs, FTTB, or similar service delivery models
CGNAT & IP strategy
NAT design and operation
IPv4 address management
IPv6 implementation and migration
Carrier‑grade hardware
Hands‑on experience with one or more: Juniper Networks
Nokia
Calix
Nice to have:
ISP backbone or regional network experience
Experience supporting growth environments or new market launches
Familiarity with operational monitoring and network performance tooling
