Job Description:

We’re looking for a Network Engineer with deep ISP / service‑provider experience to help design, build, and operate carrier‑grade networks. This role focuses on scale, resilience, and last‑mile delivery, not traditional enterprise LAN/WAN environments. You’ll work on routing, peering, IP strategy, and access‑network delivery supporting MDUs and fiber‑based services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, build, and maintain carrier‑grade ISP networks
  • Architect and operate BGP routing, peering, and traffic engineering
  • Support Layer 2 delivery and last‑mile network services for MDUs, FTTB, and similar deployments
  • Implement and manage CGNAT, IP addressing strategy, and IPv4 → IPv6 transition
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize high‑availability routing and switching environments
  • Work with engineering, deployment, and field teams to deliver reliable customer services
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues at scale (latency, congestion, routing anomalies)

Requirements:

  • ISP / Service Provider background
  • Built or architected carrier‑grade networks (not enterprise‑only)
  • Strong BGP expertise
  • Hands‑on experience with: BGP design
  • Peering relationships
  • Traffic engineering
  • Last‑mile & access network experience
  • MDUs, FTTB, or similar service delivery models
