Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior .NET Web Developer with deep experience in enterprise business application development and a strong orientation toward AI-assisted development practices. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable .NET solutions for complex business environments while leveraging modern AI tools and frameworks to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and drive innovation across the development lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade .NET web applications (.NET Core, Blazor) aligned with business requirements and architectural standards
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Azure OpenAI) into daily workflows to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, including Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, and Azure AI Services
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
  • Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers on best practices including effective use of AI tooling
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept and prototype efforts that explore AI/ML capabilities within enterprise applications
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, leveraging AI-assisted documentation generation where appropriate
  • Support production systems through troubleshooting, performance optimization, and incident response
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise system integration (ERP, CRM, LOB applications)

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (.NET 8+)
  • Strong experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework Core
  • Experience with Blazor Server for modern web front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design) including familiarity with UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise-scale business applications
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)
  • Experience with SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and data access patterns
  • Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, CQRS, clean architecture)
  • Experience with writing unit tests with (MS Test or NUnit)
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders including demonstrated ability to operate as a self‑starter with strong initiative and minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

  • Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or similar ERP platforms
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices
  • Microsoft certifications (Azure Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent)
  • Automation and load testing
