Direct hire opening in Dublin, Ohio for a Senior .NET Software Engineer who will apply advanced knowledge of technical concepts and principles to design and develop a variety of software projects.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements by actively participating in testing efforts and following quality standards
Write high-quality, performant code that adheres to company guidelines and industry best practices
Participate in team processes for planning, tracking work, and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain extensible applications, APIs, and database models
Gather and refine project requirements with user experience designers, product managers, and business stakeholders
Participate in deployments and support applications after release
Mentor engineers on best practices, coding standards, and software development processes to improve team capabilities and overall code quality
Apply business and domain knowledge to develop a deeper understanding of the system and contribute to effective solutions
Recommend new practices, processes, and procedures to improve quality and productivity
Review and approve changes to application code
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Evaluate frameworks, technology, platforms, and tooling solutions
Requirements:
At least five years of experience with front-end frameworks
8+ years of overall experience
5+ years of Angular/React experience building and supporting software systems
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience with ASP.NET Core
Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks
Experience with relational database design and optimization
Bachelor of Computer Science or similar degree or certification
