Job Responsibility:

  • Lead efforts to transform legacy systems into resilient, cloud‑ready architectures that enable innovation at scale
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to drive modernization, stability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of related progressive software engineering experience including hands-on coding and architectural design
  • BS/MS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience modernizing enterprise platforms, including API development, microservices, and cloud‑native engineering
  • Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
  • Experience designing and delivering distributed systems and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational excellence
  • Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including leading SCRUM teams and iterative delivery
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and platform migration or modernization initiatives
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and relational data modeling fundamentals
  • Understanding of engineering best practices related to security, performance optimization, and platform resilience

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration
  • Experience leading engineering teams or large‑scale transformation programs
  • Advanced experience in event‑driven architecture, observability platforms, and API‑first frameworks
  • Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑influence skills across technical and non‑technical groups
  • Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Data Engineer
  • Experience fostering innovation, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring engineering talent
