Job Responsibility:
Lead efforts to transform legacy systems into resilient, cloud‑ready architectures that enable innovation at scale
Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to drive modernization, stability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
8+ years of related progressive software engineering experience including hands-on coding and architectural design
BS/MS degree preferred or equivalent experience
Proven experience modernizing enterprise platforms, including API development, microservices, and cloud‑native engineering
Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 8+, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core
Experience designing and delivering distributed systems and containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational excellence
Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including leading SCRUM teams and iterative delivery
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and platform migration or modernization initiatives
Knowledge of SQL Server and relational data modeling fundamentals
Understanding of engineering best practices related to security, performance optimization, and platform resilience
Nice to have:
Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration
Experience leading engineering teams or large‑scale transformation programs
Advanced experience in event‑driven architecture, observability platforms, and API‑first frameworks
Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries
Strong communication and stakeholder‑influence skills across technical and non‑technical groups
Certifications such as Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Data Engineer
Experience fostering innovation, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring engineering talent
