It involves: Conduct accurate property valuations across residential, investment, portfolio, and mixed-use properties. Book and manage valuation appointments, including all pre- and post-appointment follow-up. Conduct property viewings in line with company procedures. Register applicants and manage enquiries across company platforms. Create and release property marketing materials, including media content and property alerts. Manage compliance tasks, such as ordering EPCs and required certifications. Build and maintain strong client relationships with homeowners, investors, developers, and solicitors. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Competent with property software, MS Office, and valuation/CRM tools. Minimum 1 year’s experience.
