Job Description:

Our client is a Global Branded Food Player with a market leading UK Business in very high growth. They wish to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to lead Convenience Retail and the Cash & Carry Channel.

Job Responsibility:

Drive growth across the channel
Ability to Network & Influence throughout the Customer Matrix Space
Full P&L visibility
Deal with peers, cross functional colleagues, Executive Board members internally and Senior Management externally
Reason and rationalise complex business scenarios
Manage internal strategies and external requirements
Application of Category Management
Negotiate annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Drive distribution of existing and new products
Manage product mix to maximise margin
Manage effective communication of NPD & Category Solutions

Requirements:

Strong experience in either Brands or Own Label within the FMCG industry
Operating within National Accounts Commercial Role
Category perspective
Strong Relationship skills
