Job Responsibility:
Own and grow the grocery account portfolio
Drive sales, ROS, and distribution opportunities within Tesco and Sainsbury’s
Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, acting as a trusted partner
Execute both short- and long-term account strategies, supporting the brand’s ambitious growth plans
Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, and operations teams to maximise brand visibility and impact
Requirements:
3+ years’ FMCG account management experience
Experience operating at NAM/SNAM level
Proven track record managing accounts ideally in both blue-chip and SME environments
Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
Strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills
