Marvel FMCG are delighted to be exclusively partnered with For Goodness Shakes, a well-established, high-quality FMCG brand with over 20 years of heritage and a clear mission to make protein accessible for all. As part of their next phase of growth, they are now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of key grocery customers and play a central role in driving commercial performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and developing relationships with key grocery customers
  • Driving sustainable growth across a competitive protein category
  • Leading the end-to-end commercial agenda across accounts, including strategic account planning, JBPs, negotiations, forecasting, and performance delivery
  • Working closely with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, and product development
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting the continued evolution of the commercial function

Requirements:

  • Experience in National Account Management within the FMCG industry
  • Proven experience managing large UK grocery retail accounts
  • Strong commercial capability across JBPs, terms negotiations, forecasting, and delivery of KPIs
  • Confident relationship builder, able to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
