As part of their next phase of growth, they are now looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take ownership of key grocery customers and play a central role in driving commercial performance.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and developing relationships with key grocery customers
Driving sustainable growth across a competitive protein category
Leading the end-to-end commercial agenda across accounts, including strategic account planning, JBPs, negotiations, forecasting, and performance delivery
Working closely with internal teams across marketing, supply chain, and product development
Mentoring junior team members and supporting the continued evolution of the commercial function
Requirements:
Experience in National Account Management within the FMCG industry
Proven experience managing large UK grocery retail accounts
Strong commercial capability across JBPs, terms negotiations, forecasting, and delivery of KPIs
Confident relationship builder, able to influence internal and external stakeholders
Highly organised, analytically strong, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
