Requirements:
Strong understanding of the issues affecting survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, including safeguarding and risk management
Experience of managing staff and projects
Excellent communication and IT skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Sensitive, non-judgemental approach
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and early or late shifts
